The good: delivery was prompt, the pieces are all there, and they generally work.The indifferent: Mine came with a sponge on a stick rather than a pouf. That was fine with me. Not sure what the bag is supposed to do, as only one piece in the set will actually fit in there.The bad: The sponge started to detach from the stick after one use. One of the two grabbers broke after about 3 weeks of minimal use. If that's all you need it for, then great. Given that my recovery will be about 12-16 weeks, it was disappointing.I'd rather spend a bit more for better quality stuff (and without the s[ponge and bag, both of which I didn't need), but this is what's available nowadays.
