Finally a pan I really love.

Short review: The best pan I have ever had, I want to buy more of these because every time I buy something and I really like it they disappear so I will buy more and remove their use the future. I'm so tired of trying new pans only to get rid of them because they warped, or weren't as non-stick as promised, or the coating on the pan started to deteriorate, or you had to "season" a pan that never did lasts long. I like using non-stick pans because I cook a lot. I cook for the VFW, Moose Lodge and disabled veterans who need assistance. One day I found a 7 inch pan on sale while shopping, I bought it as an egg pan and put it in my cupboard, and three months later when my last pan warped, I picked it up and used it. I was impressed and after using them for about a month I decided to look for other pans of the same make, brand and model and found this one. I bought them and have never been happier. So much so that I sent my mum a set of these on Mother's Day and now she says thank you for them all the time. That's what I love about them. First of all, to say that they don't stick is really an accurate statement Description, I make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with three cheeses and the cheese doesn't stick, I cook eggs with less than half a teaspoon of oil and if you want you can cook without oil, yes you can use a spatula and the Eggs don't stick cleaning even after cooking bacon where are the pieces and the beans stick to the bottom of the pot as easily as running water in a pot and they slide out. Also, the outside of the pan is covered with something that the fat doesn't stick to very well. Every pan I've had has had a black crust on the bottom because I flip things without a spatula and there's always a bit of fat dripping down the outside of the pan and cooking, but this pan makes it easy, and I mean easy with one grated rag and everything is gone. The pan has a 2mm diffuser at the bottom that is integrated into the pan, making it durable, strong and anti-twist. The only problem is the pan. When I first started using the frying pan, there was a chemical smell coming from the frying pan or the handle, I think it was the handle. Maybe I had too high a flame and it heated the silicone rubber or whatever the handle was doing to a higher temperature and the smell was bad. Now I hold the pan slightly off the center of the burner so the handle is farther from the flame and I no longer have this problem. This may be related to my new stove, I hate it as the flame is an inch farther from the bottom of my pans and I have to use a higher heat to even boil water. So I guess it's not the pans fault, it's the fault of my stove.
