Update: I thought I could just replace these lids with ones that actually screw on and seal well, but it turned out to be a lot harder than expected. Those lids are awful but hopefully one day I'll find decent ones and be able to use these jars. Original Review: They work well and I was happy to find jars with metal lids, but it never occurred to me to be concerned that the lids are so flimsy and flexible that it would be a bit difficult to put them on because they twist deform if you are not very careful how you hold them. Very strange, but here you are. I can see if they are a standard size so I can find somewhere else. The glasses themselves are cool. Perfectly holds half a kilogram of coffee beans.
