I bought this black set in January when I first started inline skating. They are comfortable and fit well but have some very serious flaws. Every time I fall my knee pads get lumpy and I have to stop to fix them instead of just keep going. This is usually nothing more than annoying. But when I fell today, the knee pads went all the way under my knees, so I ended up on my bare knee. As I got up, I noticed that the straps had also snapped in half. I was lucky that I didn't fall harder, otherwise I could seriously injure myself. These pads will NOT protect you. Unless you're someone who never falls and only uses pads for insurance, save money and buy better quality pads.
