I love tofu, but I won't eat it unless.
I love tofu, but I only eat it when it's compressed and has the right texture. Doing it by hand is a waste of resources (paper towels), messy, and time-consuming. I used to have a similar device that got lost when I moved house and I'm so glad to have it back in my life. This is a must for those who eat tofu regularly. Using the traditional method to get rid of the excess will save you money pretty quickly, and you'll improve your diet by eating healthier! Works easy, washes fast, great price.
