Well made for the price. 6 feet long. I just want the hand pump to be offset to one side. I bought this in case I need to pump gas out of one of my cars in an emergency. I'm not sure if 3ft of hose will reach the bottom of my gas tanks. You can't change it because the hoses are clamped. I put it in my first aid kit. If I see a hose of the same size, I'll add another 2 feet. 3 cars in my driveway equals 70 gallons of extra gas for the generator. Plus any 5 gallon gas cans you have. There is an arrow on the pump showing the direction of the drain.
