Small, but Mighty Sharp!
What a great little slicer. I used it on lemons so far and yes, that's not a challenge but my, my it's more like cutting butter. I have to agree that the handle could probably get slick when wet but I try not to use a wet or damp hand while cutting produce, ham steaks (for beans) and other assorted kitchen cutting adventures.
- All in one handle to blade, nothing to get loose, very nice grip.
