Finally, powerful Noctua fans at an affordable price. Airflow is noticeably better than my 1500rpm Thermaltake Riings, with quieter bearings and slightly less overall noise. To be honest, I was expecting more noise at 1700 rpm, so I was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic performance when using auto fan speed on my motherboard. You can look at the specs and see for yourself. Noctua doesn't have to lie about its fans; they speak for themselves. They have very similar performance to my 1600rpm Scythe S-Flex, but they trade some static pressure for airflow. These Noctuas would be a great cooling fan, but I think they are even better suited as high pressure case fans for restrictive cases. 3 of these in the front of my NZXT H440 are more than enough, even at automatic speeds. They pull easily through the dust filter and the restrictive air duct. Monstrous performance as a case fan. With high performance, low noise, decent looks and a fantastic 6 year warranty, you literally can't go wrong with these fans. I've always wanted to review my case with Noctua. With these budget fans from the Redux series, I was able to do just that.
