Will not fit all bird cages

This lining is a great idea but may not work in all bird cages. Designed for mounting outside the cage. There are hooks on the bottom of the feeder that should slide over the cross and just lay there. However, the hooks are too small to go through the wire. There is a tiny screw at the top but too small to tighten over the wire mesh, it slips off immediately and of course the feeder falls! You need a small Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screw, which is very cumbersome! Most people won't have what's on hand. Disappointed 😞 that I have to return the product!
