The best part of this software was it could do very complex rules like "if an internet access device uses less than 20 Gbps for more then 3 hrs in any 24 hr period" which would be impossible using other tools out there! Otherwise its great but can get confusing at times (especially when you're new).

It's not cheap though so if your budget isn't huge I'd try another option first before purchasing because they charge by bandwidth used rather thantetallage/monthly fee as some others offer now days!! Good tool once mastered however - especially those who are looking into advanced networking needs will appreciate how powerful PM really is compared many competing products currently available today.
