Review on MoversSuite by Tommy Rao

I like that our movers are able to log into their own portal with ease, allowing us as managers to see everything they do in real time! It helps keep track of who's doing what for us at each location so we don't have any issues down the road when it comes to billing or insurance claims etc. Not much dislike about this program other than maybe some features could be added but overall great system! We've been using Movers Suite since 2014/2015 and haven't had an issue yet (knock wood). They're always willing to work around whatever schedule works best for me personally. I like that it helps me stay in touch with my team members (move managers) for their upcoming moves and also gives us updates as they happen! It has helped streamline communication between our office and our moving department, which has been very helpful since we are so spread out across several states/cities. Nothing really at this time but will update if anything comes up. We use MoversSuites Starter primarily for scheduling purposes as well as tracking and reporting.
