Review on Dark Stone Carbide Tipped Blade by Brian Whitmore

Blade was approximately 1/2" shorter than any other 93 1/2" blade I have used. had to fit this blade under tension and yes the tensioner was completely unscrewed. The blade came with a plastic guard on the teeth which is good for both protecting and measuring the blade accurately. I took this cap that fitted snugly around the blade and then installed it on several of my other brand 93 1/2 inch blades. Across the board, this lid missed the deadline by about 1/2 inch. If they made the blade to their published specs, it would be a good blade. It cuts well, fast, and smoother than my regular blades. sacrificed a really good rating by making it a bit shorter.
