I have two of these. Cap and black panther. I work out in the gym five days a week and I tend to overheat. I've also had dozens of upper body surgeries, so I sometimes feel like something would fall out of me if I didn't have something tight around my midsection. You are perfect. They're thin and breathable, but not cheap. You move well. I am 6ft 3in and 230lbs. I wear X large under armor. After reading the reviews I decided to go up a size. That was excellent. If you're used to armor and have a short torso, your normal armor size will do. Shirts are usually too short for me. It fits perfectly. I'm about 1.5-2 inches below my waist and have decent compression. I want you to have the freedom to go up two sizes. The design is really great and they don't seem to go away.
