Review on WhosOn by Ben Diesel

The best thing about whoso nis it's ability to manage multiple clients from one dashboard which makes life easier if you are managing more than 1 client at any given point! I dislike how difficult they make things when trying tot access historical chats/conversations between agents & customers as well usernames etc can be hard t o find sometimes too!! i also wish we could have our own branding but thats not really their fault so no complaints there either lol! There was nothing bad enought hat made me want ot switch out my current system just yet though everything else works great :) If your looking into this product then give them all chances before deciding because like most other companies these days its impossible nowdays without being ableto do some sorta trial period first ;) So far ive found very little reason why anyone shouldnt use whoo ns right away!!
