the first one i ordered broke within 350 miles. As an engineer, I'm familiar with investigating mechanical failures, and I firmly believe that the assemblers actually simply forgot to add lubricant before sealing the defective pump housing at the factory. In any case, Revain customer service quickly sent me another replacement pump. This still works and delivers excellent vacuum pressure. Anyone who dropped out should never leave the factory. 5 stars for the vacuum pump, less for Cardone's quality control team.
