Edit 07/17/19: These patches are still withstanding many, many very severe thunderstorms and steam from my shower. I sincerely recommend them. Previous Review: This kit proved to be just what we needed to fix our tiny bathroom window. The screen detached from the frame at the bottom and was attached perfectly. We ended up using almost the entire package to fix it. These patches are cut into very small sizes, so if you need to fix a really big tear, you'll need to buy more than one set. As others have said, you can definitely see the glue, but we really liked that it's made out of a screen with glue around the edges. We've had a very violent thunderstorm here in Florida with very high winds since we installed it and the patch is still sticking strongly to the screen. We are very happy with our purchase.
