As I said in the title I have POTS and one of the most important lifestyle changes required for most POTS sufferers is increasing fluid intake and salt intake e.g. B. 300% of the recommended daily amount of salt. For years I've made do with Gatorade and adding salt to what I eat. A month ago I had a POTS attack, very low blood pressure, lots of fainting spells. It's just creepy stuff everywhere. I switched from Gatorade to this one, at first it was gross. Liquid IV is sooooo salty compared to sugar filled Gatorade. The second day I had it again and it was like my body was liking it. I can't stand Gatorads anymore. My first sip of it each day is just a feeling of relief all over my body. After trying everything this stuff for two weeks and I'm starting to get rid of this breakout. My blood pressure has stabilized and I haven't passed out in a week. The thing really works! And like I said, I love and crave the taste now. I think it's delicious!
