not good to use for hips

Only the smallest band fit around my tights and hips to give any kind of resistance.The others are too big, can work around ankles or maybe if you already have a big butt and thighs, but for me I’m trying to grow my thighs and butt.

  • I like these bands a lot! I've been using the yellow one!

  • May become brittle over time
