Remember this is a 200V 50Hz device.
Please note that this 220V 50Hz device comes with a European plug. If you're comfortable, you can cobble together a converter cord that you can plug into an American 220V outlet (dryer-style outlet). Operating the device with 60Hz instead of 50Hz is not a problem.
