Review on Tofern Half Size Waterproof Car Cover Top - Sedan XL: Ultimate Protection for Winter and Summer! by Lorenzo Wood

I bought this for my Mercury Grand Marquis full size sedan to cover the top half of the car during ice storms. The quality of the material is very good. Silver colored water resistant material on one side with felt lining to protect car and easy slide on to snap. Three well-made elastic straps with hooks on the sides that stretch enough to find comfortable places to attach. The front and rear overlap the hood and trunk by about 12 inches, which I think is a good thing, especially because it closes off the space between the hood and windshield, protecting the wipers and air vents in that space. The only slight downside to this cover is that the side-to-side width could be a bit wider, or at least could have flaps that extend past the side windows to cover door handles and locks. The width is suitable for the car, as the fixed outside mirror covers fit perfectly on both sides. Also, there were no instructions included. Putting it on is fairly self-explanatory, but it would be nice to get some tips and advice on looking after the case between uses. If you remove it before it dries, you'll need a place for it to dry before you fold it. It has an extra strap with a clip which I think should keep it secure when folded. Several options for the size of the car were also given for this product. There were no other similar products. Overall I'm happy with it and the price is reasonable.
