Excellent collar with light. It measures approximately 1/2 inch by 1 inch and is made of silicone material. This makes it waterproof. It comes in a large size and you will need to trim it to fit your dog's neck. One thing I read in the instructions was that it's best to leave the collar slightly larger than your dog's neck so you can put it on and take it off without opening and closing the collar itself. We left ours about 2 inches longer than the dog collar for easy on and off. There are 10 different settings in multiple colors and patterns. To switch between templates, just press the button. To deactivate the collar, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The light is bright enough to use during the day, although I bought it to find our dog in the woods at night. I have used many different types, sizes and styles of lighting and this has to be one of my favorites. This was greatly appreciated.
