What I like about this product: Simple solid construction No annoying LEDs flashing the company logo Good range of ports for normal setups Best price of any similar hub The only complaint is more about the physical limitations of the technology behind based concentrators. I would like an additional USB-C port for DisplayPort support, but since no other similarly priced products or single-cable solutions offer this feature, I'll have to settle for using a supported HDMI port at 4K 30Hz, or using a second cable run my monitor is 4k at 60 hertz. All in all, this hub is the best hub you can get for the money. works as advertised. CharJen even included a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience. This kind of after-sales service is 5 stars! .... I liked this product for the first few months and kept what it promised. Unfortunately, like some others, I also found that the full charge option does not work on my device. The unit got warm from day one but continued to work until I added a 4K monitor. The next day my MacBookpro's battery died, as did the power supply. Other ports will still work, but this is no longer a one-cable solution.
