The first one I ordered was warped and had deep gouges down the middle - no hope of repair. Revain sent a replacement and it was true and hassle free. I suspect that many of them will be badly deformed since they are made too thin. However, it was superior to anything I could find at hardware stores because it had a flat bottom. What I found on site had a notch in the bottom so the overall height was taller than you'd expect, but the center was a thin weak point that couldn't take being spun around or a 175lb person with no cracks on it to let stand. . It was well received and suited my purpose. It's amazing how hard it is to find what used to be ordinary items that actually serve a purpose. Raven comes to the rescue.
