Get a different one

I bought this as i know someone that has a similar one that worked really well. However, the controls of this one is way different and doesn't work as other hoverboards do, even after calibrating it with a level it still acts wonky. It's difficult to explain. Maybe I received a bad unit but even so, what does that say about their quality control?

No trouble getting product. Have not used item as it is a Christmas gift

We gave this to my 10 year old for her birthday. She loved it! As long as you charge it fully for the 5 hours straight she can get a lot of play time with it. The only thing we are unsure of is sometimes while plugged in it will beep. But it still charges and she''s able to use it with no problem.
