In short, we needed a way to make sure we're reaching the right people. They were able to identify the right outlets and give us advice on how to structure the pitches. They were patient and responsive when we asked questions. Their help has resulted in numerous new contacts, a better sense of our target market, and a great increase in traffic to our site. We've recommended them to other companies and look forward to continuing to use their services. I found it helpful to get a feel for who my potential audience was before writing any copy. Also, having someone else read your pitch makes you aware of where there might be room for improvement. As far as pricing goes..I'm just an intern so I don't know anything about this!
