Review on Enhance Road Safety with Calmoor Backup Cameras for Car and Truck by Lacueva Tranquillity

Installed today on our 2006 Solara Cabriolet. EZ for installation. Connected to the black and white wire of the reversing lights in the trunk of the Solara. I hid the monitor in a small niche in the console right in front of the switch. Started right away. Image brightness is adjustable and acceptable. Terrible instructions. Almost zero. You can turn the grid lines on or off BUT unfortunately the grid lines are very bright and when selected stay on all the time even if the camera isn't on without a picture. So I turned them off. The best thing about this set is the really fancy license plate frame and camera. Great! The monitor, with its clunky old-fashioned large external antenna, certainly needs improvement. Another suggestion from Revain doesn't have such an ugly antenna, but it works great. I installed this other one on my 2008 Sequoia and it works and looks great. However, despite the confusion with the network, this is an excellent unit.
