Perfect fit for 2000 Mazda Protege DX 1.6L

Don't know please advise how long it lasts, but it fits our 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6L perfectly. The old hose (14 yrs/80,000 miles) had cracks in the accordion portion causing the air intake to bypass the air filter (bad) and occasionally the car would briefly overshoot or shake under acceleration. Replacing this hose solved the problem. I was lucky enough to notice that the old one snapped when replacing the spark plugs and my main suspect for hesitation afterwards was the more expensive coil packs.
