Lots of Light for my opinion

I got this to replace the flashlight my guy carries in his pocket, but it's a little too big for that. However, he loves it as a general flashlight for checking for dropped tools or hardware, looking under the hood of the car, or making sure the neighbor's cat didn't sneak into the garage before he closes it.He's using it with AAA batteries because the rechargeable battery that came with it won't hold a charge. He's used to using batteries, so this doesn't bother him. He does wish he didn't have to flash through so many modes to get it to the brightness he wants and then have to click past the flashing and SOS lights to turn it off -- but that's true of all the lights he's had. It has LEDs that tell you how much juice your batteries (including the old-fashioned AAAs) have left. That's a real plus. All in all, despite the malfunctioning rechargeable battery, he likes it enough to give it four stars.

Pros
  • 5 Lighting Modes & Adjustable Focus
Cons
  • The flashlight may not be as durable as advertised and can break easily with rough use
