I'll start with the basics to let people know: If your device fails during the warranty period, it's not just you You have to pay to send it, have to pay for the boss to send it back to you. After speaking to the manager I was able to refuse the return shipment. The condition was that the return was no longer insured. That is to be expected in terms of quality. The device does what it promises, but the user interface is clunky.
