I always get bars from these guys. They are *not* delicious; don't wait for it or you'll get sad. They don't have a great texture. They won't put rainbows in your mouth. To me, they're *heavy, flat, pasty, moderately true to advertised flavors, and stubbornly chewy with little aftertaste. The price is steep for food that's described as 'dreary' rather than 'delicious'. because of their fiber content. I don't think I can eat a whole bar at once, but a bite or two at a meal gets me close to the recommended amount relatively painlessly without switching to an eating plan that's stressing me out and making me miserable. I feel better when I snack before meals than when I don't. Honestly I can't give them a high rating but I'm very glad they exist and will continue to buy them. I've seen other reviewers complain about some quality issues -- haven't experienced this before, having bought what I believe are three or four cases over time. They were ok.* I'm a super taster so it's possible 70% of you like them more than me. But even for me, they're perfectly tolerable in small, frequent doses.
