Potato comes out soft, more like cooked. Fried for 2.5 minutes on each side, it turned out perfectly. If you prefer baked potatoes and have an air fryer, heat the potatoes, remove them from the bag and toss them in the air fryer on high for an additional 5 minutes. Life changes.
