Great durable knife for indoor and outdoor cooking

I've been a long time fan of Victorinox. This is my second vintage hickory knife I've bought. I like how the pen feels. The blade is much thicker than my Victorinox paring knife. It withstands my outdoor violence and the blade sharpens very quickly. This knife also works well indoors. This is a true stainless steel knife, so it must be kept clean and dry after use.
