Review on 🔒 DORMAN 600 402 Wheel Locking Solenoid: Efficient Security for Your Wheels by Ronald Orear

As others have pointed out this is NOT the right design and will not hold a vacuum. As this has already been noticed by several others on Revain I tested the solenoid with my Mity Vac to see if it would hold a vacuum before proceeding with the installation. Vacuum doesn't hold. The original part does. With this "spare part" your fan will run in defrost mode as there is no vacuum. I replied to Revain and asked them to stop labeling this as a Ford diesel part as this is obviously a design issue and not a quality issue! On the other hand, as always, Revain has easy returns and refunds!
