Review on Pizza Ceramic Baking Cooking Making by Brian Graham

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for hot! suitable for casserole dish

Pizza stone for grill and oven Ceramic baking stone Sturdy pizza baking tray Ideal for preparing pizza with a crispy crust, DO NOT WASH BREAD AND MORE WITH SOAP! Just a reminder because I didn't read the description fully and had to find it. Update: I finally baked a pizza on it - took longer than a pizza without a stone. Place the stone in the oven while it is preheating from room temperature (do not put the stone in a hot oven!). THEN leave it for another 15 minutes or so for the stone to catch up - it takes longer than my oven's preheat setting. I think that would fix it. After I didn't and let this pizza sit about 8 minutes longer than the other, the pizza turned out amazing! I confess I haven't used it to make pizza yet. I actually use it to absorb heat from our tabletop burner that we use for the shabushabu/hot pot. I have a glass topped table and I always worry that the heat will break it. I put some cork coasters underneath and that's it! We've used it for other random things like putting it in the oven and putting hot pastries on top to cool. placed in different places, although again I did not warm it up myself. I will update again when I actually make pizza!

Pros
  • 🥘Pizza Stone Size: We offer 2 types of pizza stone for you to choose: rectangular pizza stone and round pizza stone; The rectangular measures 15" x 12" and the round measures 13.5" x 13.5" and distributes heat evenly for optimal cooking, much more efficiently than metal. Great for baking fresh or frozen pizza on the grill or in the oven
Cons
