Review on ๐ง Dorman 917-992 Engine Oil Filter Bypass Valve for Compatible Models (OE FIX) by Bobby Frazier
Direct replacement for my 2012 Wrangler.
I'm glad it comes with two because I know it will break again in a few years. Shame on MOPAR for using such a fragile part. NOTE: Be sure to remove all parts of the defective one. I don't know how the oil system works, but the parts are fragile and can get caught in the small hole in the filter housing. Thank you Dorman!
