The phone clip works great but the handlebar mount sucks. The rubber seal slipped off on the first use and the clip just couldn't be tightened enough to hold in place. After just a few days of use, the plastic strap seemed to be under tension at the bending point, as if it were about to fail. I removed the phone mount and attached it to a small collapsible tripod I bought here many years ago. I attached it to the roll bar with velcro and screwed the phone mount onto it. Now it's reliable and works great.
