Carburetor is basically chinese junk
after installing the carburetor and trying to adjust the mixture screws to no avail I got it up to idle but something else it pitches and gallops back through the carburetor I have been poking around in her for about half an hour. The only way to run at high rpm is to pull the choke out slightly, so my conclusion is that it's bad.
