I am very small and I hate how all seat belts cut my neck or turn my chin green! Or how some seat belts stretch and lock, keeping you firmly in the seat. Pooh! This device attaches around the seat belt (where it stays) and you can adjust it by lifting the front flap to allow it to slide and then pressing on the flap to latch. This will prevent the strap from retracting too far so you don't choke. My only concern is how long the plastic will last, but they're inexpensive so replacing them when needed isn't expensive.
