***UPDATE*** Contacted Kwikset support and shown these two photos. Quickly sent a replacement for the damaged handle. I figured it would be easier if they replaced the grip bushing rather than sending the entire item back through Amazon as I had already disassembled my old grip and installed a new one. ------ The inner arm had a broken corner just outside the box. They are supposed to have a finish guarantee so I contacted kwikset and am still waiting to see what happens. All in all a nice set of knobs to replace the outdated brass hardware that came with our house. It's pretty easy to install but I have double doors and was only able to find this set on another website. I also bought Halifax interior door handles and they work great together.
