Like most bad reviews I couldn't fit this in my door. The crossbar is off-center or will not fit in a standard round hole. My contractor would have had to cut into the bolt area to install the lock. This will void the warranty on the door and will also make it impossible to replace the locks in the future. What company makes a latch that won't fit in a standard door!? Nice but pointless

This handle set looks good and is solid. No complaints about quality or installation. Just note that the inside handle doesn't have a push button lock. So when you go outside, you should always use the key and lock the deadbolt. I had never come across a lock like this before and thought the information was worth sharing. We plan to use an electronic deadbolt instead of the original so it can be closed with a push of a button when you go for a bike ride or somewhere else.

Pros: Stylish and fairly easy to install. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have any issues with the supplied key/lock. The bad thing: the supplied keys did not open the lock. What I found was that when the keys were set to lock, they weren't fully inserted so I had to push the key millimeter by millimeter to figure out where the key would unlock. What a great handle and door lock! This model is extremely durable and will give your entrance a unique look. The re-key option is extremely useful as we bought two sets for front and rear entry. This handle set is very pretty and looks great on my blue door. It seems very durable and I don't see chipping as a problem. It tends to get hot during the day if it gets direct sun, so keep that in mind if your door gets direct sunlight. It doesn't get hot, but it feels quite warm - nothing unbearable. One thing I would like to know before purchasing the whole set is that this latch will not work with my Simpli Safe automatic latch. I couldn't find a guide anywhere so I hope this helps someone

***UPDATE*** Contacted Kwikset support and shown these two photos. Quickly sent a replacement for the damaged handle. I figured it would be easier if they replaced the grip bushing rather than sending the entire item back through Amazon as I had already disassembled my old grip and installed a new one. ------ The inner arm had a broken corner just outside the box.
