The integration with other systems such as Jira was helpful. I think they could have more options for different file types like pdfs, word docs, etc. I really enjoyed working with Trax. They were fast, responsive, and easy to work with. We needed to be able to track open tickets from our internal ticketing system which we used Trello. Once we started using Trax it was seamless to switch over without any major issues. I like how easy it was for me as an end user with no coding experience at all! The dashboard has so many features built in already which makes life much easier than having custom code written by someone who knows nothing about our business processes needs/desires etc.. My favorite feature would be being able solve my problems without any help from IT staff - just drag & drop what i need into place using their excellent documentation provided online / through training sessions!!
