This is a good and decent potato cutter. I don't think it's suitable for sweet potatoes because when I used it or squeezed it hard, part of the holder broke, but it still works. Made of plastic so it's really meant to be used for cutting things that won't be stored or put under a lot of pressure so it's a decent size but for me it worked even when cracked. I'm still working and I glued it crazy to hold it better
