Review on 🍳 All-Clad 4203 Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Bonded Sauce Pan with Lid - Dishwasher Safe Cookware, 3-Quart, Silver by Tammy Ross

I love the All-Clad brand. I am adding a tiny 1 liter pot to my collection after watching the Bolognese episode of Stanley Tucci's Looking for Italy where the chef cooks frittata in such a pot. The package arrived. The box looks good, it says "cooking pot with lid" on the outside, but inside - just a cooking pot. There is no lid. And, of course, customer support is also available outside of business hours. And of course the website doesn't give me the option to send an email or an SMS. Not satisfied at the moment. I hope they do it right. UPDATE - After identifying a customer service number (not easy), I contacted someone who found my order through Revain Fulfillment Services. I had to email a specific request with order details and a photo I took. After 5 weeks I called back to confirm I had received the cap. I was assured that it was shipped from the warehouse and after 5 days I actually received the cap.
