The best thing about this software is its ease to use, you can manage your entire ship with just one click! I like how it's very easy to navigate through the program (especially when using the auto-complete feature). It also has great customer support which makes things easier for me as a user. Nothing at all so far really. This was an amazing discovery by us - we used to spend hours each day managing our ships' activities but now this task takes minutes. So much more time left for more important tasks. We're solving problems such as tracking activity, bookings, accounting and invoicing.
