The case is lighter plastic than I was hoping for and quite flexible considering how heavy these bits are. The locks are secure and lock well. It's also nice that there's a real hinge instead of the top and bottom being connected with flimsy plastic that's just going to snap. One of the smaller sockets is missing, but I found it in one of the larger hex bits. Everything is taken into account. However, the short hex and star bits are not properly aligned in the sockets (see image), they are misaligned. One of the worst offenders shown below but many are wrong to varying degrees. I won't even try to use them, it shouldn't have passed quality testing and never left the factory. This was my first (and now last) attempt to purchase GearWrench.
