I am a housewife who cooks at least twice a day. I'm a picky person when it comes to dishes. I am very happy with this cutting board so far! I've been using it for a few weeks now and it looks great. The size is very good - it's big enough to fit through our sink without wobbling, but small enough to easily mount to the wall when I'm done with it. The ledge carved into it keeps the juices from spilling onto the countertops. This is a good looking board with a good weight. Sometimes I see people complaining about the warping of various bamboo boards. I would recommend everyone to oil the boards before use and from time to time when they start to look a bit faded. I just use regular old olive oil on mine - rub it on and then let it sit overnight. You can also buy edible wood oil, which is cheap. Don't let them soak in a sink full of water - wash them and then dry them immediately. When you do this, each board will last a lot longer and look better.
