Works well overall. Before assembling the baskets, you need to take the time to shape the flatbreads. If you have a large crease that pulls excessively into the inner basket, the larger one will pop and get stuck. I've tried several variations of it. The best option was corn oil at around 300-325 with a shapely 8 inch tortilla. It took a little longer to cook, but that's the one in the middle, nice and golden brown. The product improvement is 1-2.2 inches, and the base is slightly wider. The height is perfect, but with my 6 liter pot in the current design, it's a bit off.
