It was intensively operated for 2 years, the spring broke, I replaced the crescent with a call.
I've been using them almost every day for a little over 2 years. The spring is worn and broken. The only weak point in the tool. The cutters still work great, the lock works great. After trying the warranty service website, the website said it didn't show the tool's model number, so I called customer service. I did, and within 10 minutes I had a new instrument. I didn't even need a receipt. No disputes to repair or replace the instrument. They just took care of it. Excellent customer care. 5 Star Crescent Tool!
