That's exactly what I wanted. I use it for everything.

Easy one-hand operation thanks to the spring in the loop. Great leverage for a stronger grip or grip. Ergonomic rubber handle. When I open my tool box (which is very large) most of the time I just use this kid.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Drill packaging

Best pliers I have ever had

I bought four of these - one for myself and three as gifts. Everyone was great. But the last one actually broke in half. I'm sure it was an accident but I'm dismayed that I don't see a way to get my money back. If Revain or the manufacturer reads this review, please let me know the replacement procedures. There is no normal return button for this product.

Good pliers until they break. Questionable build quality.

The pliers have a really strong grip but the lever mechanism I had was pretty loose. If you move the tongs, the whole head wobbles back and forth. A few months after I bought the pliers, the spring that opens the jaws broke. The warranty form on their website isn't working and I haven't received a response from their support team. I'll probably buy a Knipex or something in the future.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Clarity

Wouldn't recommend it.

The teeth are quite soft for heavy pliers. The first day I used them to bend 14ga metal wire. The wire was stronger than teeth. This gave me the grip strength I needed, the cutters worked well but the teeth wore too easily for heavy use. I would look for forged pliers. Also, without a little machine oil (not a big deal) and removing part of the handle with a razor blade, the lock wouldn't move easily. I think you really have to spend over $40 to get quality pliers these days.

Needle nose pliers

These pliers are amazing. I bought this pair after losing another pair that I have used for boiler maintenance for years. I'll probably find her servicing the boiler next year lol. The compound action gives you much more gripping power than regular needle nose pliers. I cut wire (10 -24 AWG), steel wire mesh, screws and many other random things. Most were used to hold the heads of the kettle burner bolts to use the wire brush on my dremel to clean the underside of the bolt heads for a good…

There are many streaks in the head.

I wanted to like them and even sent a replacement set thinking it was a manufacturing defect. Where the jaws and handles attach to the frame, that part is stamped metal and attached with rivets. At this point there is a lot of slip, like moving your head, which decreases as you squeeze the handles and the jaws come together. Uncomfortable head bobbing can occur when attempting to reach for a small object before squeezing. Great idea, bad execution. Or is it a manufacturing defect.

Pros
  • Increase cutting pressure by 50%
Cons
  • There are new competitors

I've been using them almost every day for a little over 2 years. The spring is worn and broken. The only weak point in the tool. The cutters still work great, the lock works great. After trying the warranty service website, the website said it didn't show the tool's model number, so I called customer service. I did, and within 10 minutes I had a new instrument. I didn't even need a receipt. No disputes to repair or replace the instrument. They just took care of it. Excellent customer care. 5…

Pros
  • Molded handles for extra comfort
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

They are the best power tools and hand tools

These are amazing pliers. I bought this pair after losing another pair that I have used for years for boiler maintenance. Will be back with them next year servicing the kettle lol The compound action gives you a lot more gripping power than regular needle nose pliers Kettle torch screw head to use the wire brush on my dremel to clean the underside of the screw heads for a good floor My only complaint is, that the ones i got were red and dark gray instead of blue and silver/grey like my last…
