As for the performance rating of this product, I'll give it a 4. Heats up quickly and burns wood well. I'm still in training and will need some time to get used to it. As for the instructions, however, I'll give them an A. In fact, they weren't there, but what was, all the words merged onto a small piece of paper. When I tried to turn on the product, it wouldn't turn on with a click. Eventually I found out that the button had to be pressed for about five seconds for it to work. There are many parts and pieces with no instructions on how to use them or how to put them together in order to use them. I have no idea what some parts are used for. I'll google wood and see what I can find and hope they show details and what they're used for. I hope this turns out to be a fun hobby for me, but it will take me some time to figure it out.
